Well we officially closed out 2024. *Queue nervous and grateful laugh

Although I will certainly miss a lot from this past year, I must admit that I am relieved it has come to a close. At times it was painful, over stimulating, and exhausting. At other times exhilarating, rewarding, and life-changing. All in all, 2024 will be one for the books that I have a feeling I’ll look back on as the PIVOT year for me as a founder, operator, and most importantly, as a man.

As I reflect now, I realize last year wasn’t about the pursuit of perfection as I had thought—but rather the pursuit of progress. I feel that much of the content I wrote last year provided a nice overview of some of the trials and tribulations I experienced, and most importantly, the key takeaways.

With that, I wanted to start the new year off with a quick recap of last year's posts. So, here’s a crash course on the most important lessons from The Mindful Man from 2024. I’ve hyperlinked each title for easy access if you want to further explore.

  2. What actions felt most in alignment with my true internal compass in 2024? How can I work to incorporate those into my life as much as possible from here?

  3. Am I proud of my year? Why or why not? What needs to happen in 25 for me to reflect and feel proud when the time comes? Do it.
